GS Professional Consulting was founded in 2022 by instructional designer Glen Simpson to help organizations move beyond static, uninspired training. We use modern processes and technology to help your teams learn, grow, and perform.

Meet the Founder
Glen Simpson · Founder & Instructional Designer
Glen turns technical content into clear, practical training people actually use. He began as a high school physics teacher, building district-adopted physics curricula, including AP Physics 1 and 2, and training fellow teachers on new technology. That work pointed him toward adult learning.
Since 2020 he has worked as an instructional designer for a K-12 online curriculum company, where he co-created course templates now used by 15–20 designers and co-developed an instructional video framework behind 100+ videos. In 2022 he founded GS Professional Consulting to build training for trade associations and corporate teams.
