Frequently asked questions
Can I add more interactives to my course?
Yes. Our Small, Medium, and Large tiers set a baseline, but additional interactives can be purchased as an add-on to fit your specific training needs.
When do we get invoiced?
Projects are billed in four parts: 30% at the end of the Analysis meeting, 30% on Design approval, 30% on Development sign-off, and 10% on Delivery.
How much SME time is required?
It depends on the product. Here is what to plan for:
- Video: About 30 minutes for your team to record the process as if they were walking someone through it. If you already have a recording of them training someone, no extra time is needed. We handle the rest.
- eLearning courses (across Analysis, Design, and Development): Small, about 6–12 hours. Medium, about 10–16 hours. Large, 16+ hours, depending on the size and complexity of the final product.
- ILT packages: 1–3 hours of material gathering and review.
Estimates may vary based on content and complexity.
Should we choose a Job Aid or an eLearning course?
If you need a reference for how to do something or a reminder for where to find it, a job aid is usually the right tool. If you need to teach a new skill or process, you need training, such as an eLearning course.
